This spread presents a reinterpretation of The Lion and the Beetle, brought to life through a handcrafted paper quilling illustration technique. The project explores how tactile, dimensional forms can be translated into editorial storytelling, merging traditional craft with contemporary layout design. The objective was to create a visually engaging book spread that strengthens narrative impact while refining typographic hierarchy and composition using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
